Password Change Notice / Log In Problems?

If you are unable to log in as a member, here are the directions for updating your member access. The Clan Galbraith Society has recently (September 2020) implemented a New Member Management System so you may have been caught up in that. In order to access the CGS site's "Member's Only" areas, you will need to update your password in the new system.

To reset your password you will need to go to the new member login page here - At the login prompt, click on the "Forgot password?" link to assign a new password. Enter the email address associated with your member account. You will then receive an email with a link and instructions to reset your password. If you do not see this email after clicking the link, please check your spam folder.

Along with features that will help us to better manage our membership roster, this new system gives our members a new profile page (the Member Dashboard). This page allows you to see your membership expiration and you can renew, change your password or edit other details like your contact information. There are also quicklinks to help you navigate our site and other CGS related resources like our Facebook Page and Editions of our quarterly newsletter, The Red Tower. Note: the genealogy section and member libraries are found under the "Members Only" menu on the homepage.

If, after doing this, you are still experiencing login problems, please contact the webmaster.
