By applying to join or renew your membership with
the Clan Galbraith Society you are acknowledging and are agreeing to the
following conditions :

that you can establish a relationship,
either by blood or marriage, to the Galbraith Clan (including known
surname variations),

that you acknowledge the Clan Galbraith
Society's right of copyright of its databases and members' protected web
content,

that you will respect the other members and do not act in
a manner offensive or contrary to the interests of the other members or
the Society.
Further, that your membership may be cancelled under
the following conditions :

that your membership is provisional
for the first 14 days after payment and may be cancelled and your
membership payment refunded if it is deemed by the secretary that you do
not meet the membership conditions of the Clan Galbraith Society,

that your membership may be cancelled at any time by the secretary if it
is deemed that you are no longer meeting the membership conditions of
the Clan Galbraith Society or breaching the copyright of the Society's
databases and Members Only area, conduct prejudicial or contrary to the
interests of the Society and its members.
By proceeding to membership payment you are acknowledging these conditions.
